Shipping

 

  • All shellphone cases are made to order! Sadly we cannot get orders out as fast as Amazon prime. Depending on where you are located 5 – 25 business days are estimated from date of order to recieval.

 

Case designs

 

  • Your beautiful case is handmade and one of a kind! They are designed and modelled based on this case you've selected, and since I'm using a mix of shells etc. that I have found myself, the design will be almost exactly what you see listed yet could be slightly different eg. variations in shell colour, size and shape This makes your case completely unique, and entirely yours!
  • Our mobile phone case is essentially to protect the phone, so we use the latest liquid silicone mobile phone case as the basis, and then add artistic creation, so that it not only meets the function of the mobile phone case, but also has a unique artistic charm.
  • It is crafted with delicate and dainty shells,seaglass and pendants. I like to think of your new case as a little piece of art that you are carrying around with you at all times!
  • We use high-quality adhesives, so all shells and pendants are well embedded and will not fall off during normal use (unless forcibly pried open with sharp tools).
  • All mobile phone cases are waterproof. If they are dirty, they can be cleaned with cotton cloth and clean water.

 

Returns + Refunds Policy 

 

  • A photo of each case is taken before they are shipped ensuring they were not made faulty! In the event your case is damaged on its travels from me to you, I require a photo sent to me on the date of receival for a refund or replacement to be processed. No other refunds or replacements can be given!  
  • Please triple check you have selected your correct case size as refunds and replacements are unable to be given to cases that have already been shipped and made as each case is made upon order and can not be resold! ( No cancellation policy )
  • No change-of-mind refunds as each product is made upon order.
  • If it can be seen your package was delivered successfully via the postal service but you have not received your package we are unable to provide refunds or replacements and recommend contacting your local shipping agent.
